Design Process 

1. Customer Inquiry

Customer provides product concept or requirements.

• NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is signed if needed.
• Initial evaluation of feasibility and scope.   

2. Initial Evaluation

Our team evaluates the feasibility of the project, including technical requirements, production capability, cost estimation, and development timeline.

3. Design & Development

Product design begins based on customer input. Engineers and designers work on 3D models, schematics, and BOMs. Design proposals are submitted for approval.

4. Testing & Adjustment

Prototypes are made and tested for performance, safety, and quality. Any issues found are analyzed and improvements are made based on customer feedback.

5. Pilot Run

A small-scale trial production is conducted to verify the manufacturing process and quality control. This helps to ensure stability before mass production.

6. Mass Production

After successful pilot run approval, full-scale production begins. Quality checks are strictly followed, and products are prepared for shipment to the customer.
